JENALI Refund Policy

At JENALI, all approved refunds are issued as store credit. Please review the full policy below before initiating a return.

 

1. Eligibility for Store Credit

To qualify for store credit, returned items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached

Be returned within 14 days of delivery

Include original proof of purchase

Note:

Sale items, intimates, jewelry, and face masks are final sale and not eligible for return

Custom or personalized items are also final sale

 

2. Store Credit Terms

Store credit will be issued for the original purchase price

Credit is issued within 5 business days of return approval

Valid for 12 months from date of issue

Can be used on any product at jenali.org

Cannot be combined with other promo codes

Has no cash value and is non-transferable

 

3. How to Start a Return

1. Email: jenalimanagement@gmail.com

2. Include: Order number and reason for return

3. Wait for return authorization before shipping items back

Please Note:

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Pack items securely to avoid damage

Include original packing slip or order confirmation

 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Send clear photos of the issue

We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement once we receive and verify the return

 

5. Final Sale & International Orders

Sale, custom, and personalized items are final sale

International orders are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect

 

6. Store Credit Value Protection

Credit maintains the full original value of your purchase

If new items cost more, the customer pays the difference

If they cost less, the remaining credit stays on your account
